800MHz FSB Celeron을 위한 Intel의 계획
Acquaintance from mother board industry indicates Intel is going to release 2 processors for entry level market based on Core architecture. Being denominated as Celeron 400 family recently, these processors are the first introduce of Conroe-L single core as well as the first 800MHz FSB Celeron, meaning products with 533MHz FSB are fading out.
Intel이 Core 아키텍처에 기반된 시장개척을 위한 2개의 프로세서를 출시할 예정이라고 마더보드 계통의 지인은 말했다. 최근에 Celeron 400 family로 명명된, 이 프로세서들은 533MHz FSB 제품의 퇴장을 의미하는 첫 번째 800MHz FSB Celeron인 싱글코어 Conre-L의 첫번쨰 소개이다.
In the previous plan, Conroe-L will be introduced in both Pentium E1000 family and Celeron 400 family, but since Pentium E1000 has cancelled, the specification of Celeron 400 has been raised from 512KB L2 Cache/533MHz FSB to 1MB L2 Cache/800MHz FSB as was seen in Pentium E1000 originally.
이전 계획에서, Conroe-L은 Pentium E1000 family 와 Celeron 400 family 둘 모두를 소개할 예정이었으나, Pentium E1000이 취소됐기때문에, Celeron 400의 스펙이 512KB L2 캐시/533MHz 에서 원래 Pentium E1000에 장착됐을 1MB L2 캐시/800MHz FSB로 올려졌다.
In the early release of Celeron 400, there will be two models only, including Celeron 430 and Celeron 440 with clock speed 1.8GHz and 2GHz respectively. Intel 64 technology and Excute Disable Bit technology are supported, but not VT, EIST, ViiV and vPRO, however.
Celeron 400의 이른 출시에서, 각각 1.8GHz와 2GHz의 클럭 스피드를 가질 Celeron 430과 Celeron 440을 포함한 단 두 개의 모델일 예정이다.
하지만, Intel 64 테크놀리지와 Excute Disable Bit 테크놀리지가 지원되지만 VT, EIST, ViiV, vPRO는 제외된다.
Beginning from Q3 2007, the old Netburst Celeron D will fade out from the market and, expectedly, Celeron 400 family will replace the market no after then the end of 2007. According to Intel’s internal estimation, Celeron D will ship 11% of the total shipment in Q1 2007 and experience a boom to 18% in Q2 2007 and, eventually, decline steadily to under 10% in Q3 2007. In the first quarter when Celeron 400 family is being sold, the estimated shipment share is around 12%
2007년 Q3에 시작됨에 따라, 지난 Netburst Celeron D는 시장에서 사라질 것이며, 기대되는 Celeron 400 family는 2007년 말을 지나지 않고 시장에서 교체될 것이다.
Intel 내부 결정에 따르면, Celeron D는 2007년 1분기에 전체 선적량의 11%를 차지할 것이며, 2007년 2분기에 18%로 증가할것이고, 마침내 2007년 3분기에는 10% 아래로 내려갈 것이다.
첫번째 쿼터에 Celeron 400 family가 팔릴때, 예상되는 선적량은 약 12%이다.

애초 로드맵상
Celeron400시리즈는
533MHz FSB, 512KB L2 Cache 로 출시될 예정이었으나,
800MHz FSB, 1MB L2 Cache 로 변경이 되었군요..
시장에 풀리는 기간은 매우 짧습니다.
1년을 못 가는군요... 시장을 나누어 계속 출시 될 줄 알았는데..
2007년 4분기~2008년 1분기에 Wolfdale-L 로 교체가 되나 봅니다...
